Thoroughly cleanse the skin around your nose and remove all grease (no cream or makeup). Then dry completely. - Take a patch with the applicator
Remove a patch from the sheet and use the applicator to pick it up. This way you avoid touching the sticky side with your fingers. - Stick the patches on your nose
Place one patch on the left and one patch on the right, just above the nostrils. Press both patches firmly for 5–10 seconds. - Click the magnetic noseband in place
Place the noseband/clip on the patches. The magnets will attract automatically and gently hold the nostrils open. - Removal
Loosen the patches first with lukewarm water (let soak briefly) and then remove them carefully.
The noseband itself is reusable; keep it dry for the next time.
Tip: if you are unsure about the size, start with M1 and adjust afterwards for the best comfort.

Je gebruikt deze samen met de magnetische neusband/clip uit de Starter Kit.
1. Reinig & droog je neus
Maak de huid rond je neus goed schoon en vetvrij (geen crème of make-up). Droog daarna volledig af. Zo hechten de refill-patches optimaal.
2. Pak een refill-patch met de applicator
Gebruik de applicator om één kleefpatch op te pakken zonder de kleeflaag aan te raken. Zo blijft de grip maximaal.
3. Plak de patches op je neus
Plaats één patch links en één patch rechts, net boven de neusvleugels. Druk 5–10 seconden stevig aan zodat ze goed vastzitten.
4. Klik je neusband vast
Zet nu de magnetische neusband/clip op de patches (uit je Starter Kit). Je voelt een zachte “klik” wanneer hij goed vastzit. Klaar voor vrijere ademhaling.
