Ordering & payment

How do I know if my payment was successful?

Once you've completed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation in your inbox within a few minutes. No email after an hour? First check your spam folder, and otherwise send us an email at info@comformidable.nl. We'll look into it right away for you.

How can I pay at Comformidable?

We offer a wide range of payment methods so you can always check out the way you're used to:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Klarna (pay later)
  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact

Can I still change my order?

Made a mistake by accident? Let us know right away via info@comformidable.nl. As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, we can adjust it. Already received a shipping confirmation? Then changes are unfortunately no longer possible and you'll need to return the order after receiving it.

Can I cancel my order?

Haven't received a Track & Trace yet? Then you can still cancel your order. Send us an email with your order number and we'll set the cancellation in motion right away.

Shipping & delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs depend on your country and order amount:

  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands & 🇧🇪 Belgium: €4.95 — free from €25
  • 🇩🇪 Germany & 🇫🇷 France: €4.95 — free from €30
  • 🇩🇰 Denmark & rest of Europe: €5.95 — free from €30

How long is the delivery time?

  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands & 🇧🇪 Belgium: 1 to 2 working days.
  • 🇩🇪 Germany & 🇫🇷 France: 1 to 4 working days.
  • 🇩🇰 Denmark & rest of Europe: 1 to 4 working days.

Ordering on the weekend or a public holiday? Then your parcel leaves our warehouse on the next working day. During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays) delivery may take a little longer.

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, get in touch via info@comformidable.nl. We're happy to see what we can do for you.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. With it you can see 24/7 where your parcel is and when to expect it.

My parcel is delayed, what now?

Unfortunately, courier services can sometimes experience delays. Once we've sent your Track & Trace, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. Is your shipment taking longer than 72 hours after dispatch? Then get in touch and we'll look into it.

Products & stock

When will my product be back in stock?

We can't always say exactly when a product will be available again. On the product page you can leave your email address, and you'll automatically be notified as soon as the product is back in stock. Also follow our socials for updates and new releases.

Are your products dermatologically tested?

Our Collagen Masks and Nasal Strips are dermatologically tested, as they come into direct contact with the skin. For these products you'll see the Dermatologically tested icon on the product page. Our other products are made with safe, certified ingredients.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Most of our skincare products are fragrance-free and paraben-free, making them suitable for sensitive skin. Unsure about a specific product? Send us an email and we'll be happy to advise you.

The item I received is broken, damaged or incomplete. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Send us an email right away with your order number and preferably a photo of the product, and we'll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Returns & complaints

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days to change your mind. Doesn't the product meet your expectations? Then fill in our return form. For detailed information, please see our returns page.

What is the status of my return?

As soon as we've received your return parcel, we process it within 14 days. You'll be kept informed at every step of the process: on receipt, during processing and when your money has been refunded.

Who pays the return costs?

For returns, the costs are at your own expense. Unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly — in that case we'll of course reimburse the return costs.

When will I get my money back?

As soon as we've processed your return, we'll refund the amount within 5 working days to the account you paid with. With Klarna, the refund goes through Klarna itself.
