Shipping policy

After placing your order, we will start working on it immediately. Orders within the Netherlands placed before 11:00 PM will be shipped the same day. For orders from abroad, this is 10:00 PM. However, we cannot always meet this deadline; sometimes products are out of stock, and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer.

The listed prices exclude shipping costs. The shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart after you have added your products.

Delivery is carried out by the parcel carrier DHL or PostNL. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace link after we have handed the package over to the carrier. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Shipping costs

For orders within the Netherlands, free shipping applies. For orders abroad, we charge a shipping fee of €2.95 for order amounts up to €24.99. For orders from €25,- shipping is also free.
