How does your order work?
- Your order comes inRight after checkout, you receive a confirmation in your inbox. No email received? Quickly check your spam folder, otherwise let us know.
- We process your orderOur fulfilment centre carefully packs your order. We work with Verzendbazen in the Netherlands, a professional logistics partner who guarantees that everything is processed quickly and neatly.
- On its way to youAs soon as your package is on its way, you automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. So you see exactly where your order is.
- Delivered to youYour package is delivered to the address you provided. Not at home? The carrier usually tries again or leaves it with neighbours or at a pickup point.
Our carriers per country
We work with reliable partners who are specialised by region:
- Netherlands: PostNL, DHL and Trunkrs
- Belgium: Bpost
- Germany and rest of Europe: DHL and DPD
Which carrier delivers your package depends on the order amount and your location. In your shipping confirmation, you'll always see which carrier was used for you.
Shipping costs explained
Netherlands and Belgium
You pay €4.95 in standard shipping costs. Order for €25 or more? Then you get your package delivered for free.
Germany and France
For shipping to Germany or France, you pay €4.95 in shipping costs. For an order of €30 or more, shipping is free.
Denmark and the rest of Europe
For shipping to Denmark and the rest of Europe, you pay €5.95. For an order of €30 or more, shipping is free.
Not home for delivery?
No worries. The carrier will:
- Make a second delivery attempt at another time
- Leave the package with your neighbours (if they are home)
- Take it to a pickup point nearby
You'll automatically be notified about this by email or via the carrier's app.
Need it fast?
Do you need your order urgently? Contact us directly after ordering via info@comformidable.nl. We can usually arrange something for extra fast delivery, although it depends on the time and your location.
Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take exactly?
For the Netherlands and Belgium, that's the next business day, provided you ordered before 23:00. For other European countries, count on 1 to 4 business days after dispatch. During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays), it may take a bit longer.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you receive a Track & Trace code by email. With that, you can see 24/7 where your package is.
What if my package doesn't arrive?
This rarely happens, but if it does: contact us via info@comformidable.nl or via our contact form.
What about returns?
For our return conditions, we kindly refer you to our return policy. Short summary: you have 30 days to change your mind and returning is free for you.
Do you also ship outside Europe?
Currently, we focus on the European market. Do you have a specific question about shipping to a country outside Europe? Feel free to email us. We always look at what's possible.
