Made a mistake by accident? Let us know right away via info@comformidable.nl. As long as your order hasn't been processed yet, we can adjust it. Already received a shipping confirmation? Then changes are unfortunately no longer possible and you'll need to return the order after receiving it.

Haven't received a Track & Trace yet? Then you can still cancel your order. Send us an email with your order number and we'll set the cancellation in motion right away.

Ordering on the weekend or a public holiday? Then your parcel leaves our warehouse on the next working day. During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays) delivery may take a little longer.

Yes, we ship throughout Europe. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, get in touch via info@comformidable.nl. We're happy to see what we can do for you.

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you'll automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. With it you can see 24/7 where your parcel is and when to expect it.

Unfortunately, courier services can sometimes experience delays. Once we've sent your Track & Trace, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. Is your shipment taking longer than 72 hours after dispatch? Then get in touch and we'll look into it.

We can't always say exactly when a product will be available again. On the product page you can leave your email address, and you'll automatically be notified as soon as the product is back in stock. Also follow our socials for updates and new releases.

Our Collagen Masks and Nasal Strips are dermatologically tested, as they come into direct contact with the skin. For these products you'll see the Dermatologically tested icon on the product page. Our other products are made with safe, certified ingredients.

Most of our skincare products are fragrance-free and paraben-free, making them suitable for sensitive skin. Unsure about a specific product? Send us an email and we'll be happy to advise you.

We're sorry to hear that. Send us an email right away with your order number and preferably a photo of the product, and we'll resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

Yes. You have 30 days to change your mind. Doesn't the product meet your expectations? Then fill in our return form. For detailed information, please see our returns page.

As soon as we've received your return parcel, we process it within 14 days. You'll be kept informed at every step of the process: on receipt, during processing and when your money has been refunded.

Returns are free. Register your return within 30 days of delivery via your account and you will receive the instructions. Products with a broken seal cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons. Not sure whether an item can be returned? Email info@comformidable.nl and we will sort it out together.

As soon as we've processed your return, we'll refund the amount within 5 working days to the account you paid with. With Klarna, the refund goes through Klarna itself.

Ja. Nasenpflaster heben die Nasenflügel an, sodass du leichter durch die Nase atmest. Das kann Schnarchgeräusche reduzieren, besonders wenn das Schnarchen durch eine verstopfte Nase oder Mundatmung entsteht.

Ja. Dank der hypoallergenen Klebeschicht bleiben die Strips fest an ihrem Platz, auch beim Drehen, bei leichtem Schwitzen oder bei empfindlicher Haut.

Auf jeden Fall. Alle unsere Nasenpflaster sind für den Sport geeignet, besonders die transparenten und die schwarzen Varianten wurden speziell dafür entwickelt, bei intensiver Bewegung und beim Sport gut zu halten.

Die Standard-Strips sind für den einmaligen Gebrauch. Die magnetischen Nasenpflaster funktionieren mit einem wiederverwendbaren Nasenband und einzelnen Pflastern – damit hast du eine langlebigere Option, die mehrfach hält.

Ja. Alle Comformidable Nasenpflaster sind hautfreundlich, für den täglichen Gebrauch geeignet und hinterlassen keine Kleberückstände.

Ja. Durch das Anheben der Nasenflügel entsteht mehr Raum in den Atemwegen, sodass das Atmen bei Erkältung, Allergien oder saisonaler Verstopfung leichter fällt.

Ja, das geht. Sie sind für den täglichen Gebrauch sicher und ideal für Menschen, die ihre Nasenatmung dauerhaft unterstützen möchten.

Reinige und trockne die Nase gut, setze den Strip waagerecht über die Nasenflügel und drücke ihn 10–20 Sekunden fest an. So haftet er optimal.

Wir empfehlen die Anwendung ab etwa 12 Jahren, und immer unter Aufsicht einer erwachsenen Person.

Ja. Viele Nutzer kombinieren beide Produkte für eine bessere Nasenatmung und weniger Mundatmung im Schlaf.

Nein, Nasenpflaster können die Symptome einer Schlafapnoe nicht beheben. Sie können die Nasenatmung erleichtern, lösen aber nicht die zugrunde liegende Ursache.

1–2 times a day is ideal with a cold or allergies. For daily upkeep, 2–3 times a week is enough.

Yes. Plain water can sting. Rinse salt gives you the right salt balance, so rinsing stays comfortable and safe.

Our rinse salt is 100% pure sodium chloride. This type of salt is chosen specifically for use in a nasal rinse and contains no additives. Adding the right amount of salt to lukewarm water creates a mild saline solution that feels comfortable while rinsing your nose.

Some brands also use sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to make the solution even gentler. We stick to pure sodium chloride, so you know exactly what you're using and can measure it easily.

A nasal rinse can be suitable for children in some cases, but it's important to be careful and ask a doctor if you're unsure. Younger children have more sensitive nasal membranes and smaller nostrils, so a gentle rinsing technique matters even more.

Our nasal rinse comes with two different nozzles: one with a single opening for targeted rinsing, and one with three small holes for a softer, wider spread of water. That lets you adjust the rinsing intensity to the person, comfortable for adults and suitable for children who can already rinse on their own with supervision.

Definitely. It rinses pollen away and eases itching, pressure and mucus build-up.

Sleep patches release mild, calming aromas through the night that help your body relax. That makes it easier to fall asleep and helps you sleep more deeply and calmly, without any medication.

Yes, sleep patches are safe for daily use. They're skin-friendly, leave no residue and can be used both for the occasional sleepless night and for an unsettled sleep rhythm.

For the best effect, apply a sleep patch to clean, dry, hair-free skin, ideally somewhere with good circulation like your upper arm, shoulder or upper back. The inside of the forearm is a popular spot too. Put the patch on about an hour before you go to sleep, so the calming effect can build up gradually. Alternate between left and right to go easy on your skin. Avoid spots that get damp quickly or move a lot, like hands, feet or joints.

Unsere Kollagenmasken haben eine längere Einwirkzeit als eine normale Sheetmaske. Für das beste Ergebnis lässt du die Maske mindestens 1 Stunde einwirken, ideal sind aber 3 bis 4 Stunden, damit das Serum vollständig einzieht. Du kannst sie sogar als Overnight-Maske verwenden, für extra Feuchtigkeit und Pflege, während du schläfst.

Wir empfehlen, die Kollagenmaske 1 bis 2 Mal pro Woche zu verwenden. Die Masken sind mild und für die regelmäßige Anwendung geeignet. Hast du trockene oder fahle Haut? Dann kannst du vorübergehend jeden zweiten Tag eine Maske verwenden, für ein extra Ergebnis.

Kollagenmasken enthalten pflegende Inhaltsstoffe wie hydrolysiertes Kollagen, Niacinamid, Ginseng und Vitamin C (je nach Maske). Die helfen der Haut:
