How do I know if my payment was successful?
As soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation in your inbox within a few minutes. Haven't received an email after an hour? First check your spam folder, and if not there, send an email to info@comformidable.nl. We will find out for you right away.
How can I pay at Comformidable?
We offer a wide range of payment methods so you can always pay in your preferred way:

Can I still change my order?
Did you accidentally make a mistake? Let us know immediately via info@comformidable.nl. As long as your order has not been processed yet, we can adjust it. Have you already received a shipping confirmation? Then unfortunately changes are no longer possible, and you will have to return the order after receipt.
Can I cancel my order?
Have you not yet received a Track & Trace? Then you can still cancel your order. Send us an email with your order number, and we will process the cancellation immediately.
Shipping & delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Our shipping costs depend on your country and order amount:
- 🇳🇱 Netherlands & 🇧🇪 Belgium: €4.95 — free from €25
- 🇩🇪 Germany & 🇫🇷 France: €4.95 — free from €30
- 🇩🇰 Denmark & the rest of Europe: €5.95 — free from €30
How long is the delivery time?
- 🇳🇱 Netherlands & 🇧🇪 Belgium: order before 11 PM on working days, and your package will be delivered the next working day.
- 🇩🇪 Germany & 🇫🇷 France: 1 to 4 working days.
- 🇩🇰 Denmark & the rest of Europe: 1 to 4 working days.
Do you order on the weekend or on a holiday? Then your package will leave our warehouse on the next working day. During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays), delivery may take a little longer.
Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to all of Europe. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us via info@comformidable.nl. We are happy to see what we can do for you.
Can I track my package?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email. With this, you can see 24/7 where your package is and when you can expect it.
My package is delayed, what now?
Unfortunately, parcel services can sometimes experience delays. Once we have sent you the Track & Trace, the delivery is in the hands of the carrier. Has your shipment taken longer than 72 hours after dispatch? Then please contact us, and we will get it started.
Products & stock
When will my product be back in stock?
We cannot always say exactly when a product will be back in stock. On the product page, you can leave your email address, and you will automatically be notified as soon as the product is available again. Also, follow our socials for updates and new releases.
Are your products dermatologically tested?
Our Collagen Masks and Nose Strips are dermatologically tested because they come into direct contact with the skin. You will see the Dermatologically Tested icon on the product page for these products. Our other products are made with safe, certified ingredients.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our skincare products are fragrance-free and paraben-free, making them suitable for sensitive skin. If you have doubts about a specific product, send us an email and we will gladly advise you.
The item I received is broken, damaged, or incomplete. What should I do?
Sorry to hear that. Please send us an email immediately with your order number and preferably a photo of the product, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & complaints
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days to reconsider. If the product does not meet your expectations, please fill out our return form. For detailed information, please refer to our return page.
What is the status of my return?
Once we have received your return package, we will process it within 14 days. You will be notified at every stage of the process: upon receipt, during processing, and when your money has been refunded.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered — then we will of course reimburse the return costs.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as we have processed your return, we will refund the amount within 5 working days to the account you paid with. For Klarna, the refund is handled through Klarna itself.
