Right of withdrawal
On delivery of products
When purchasing products, you as a consumer have the right to dissolve the agreement without giving reasons within 30 days of receiving the product.
During this period:
- You handle the product and its packaging with care.
- You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.

For services, you have the right to dissolve the agreement within 30 days of entering into the agreement, unless agreed otherwise.

Returns are free.
Refund
You'll get your money back as soon as possible, within 14 days of withdrawal at the latest.
Have you paid an amount? Then you'll receive it back as soon as possible, within 14 days of withdrawal at the latest. We refund via the same payment method you used, unless you consent to a different method.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to measure or adjusted according to your specifications.
- Products that can perish or age quickly.
- Products whose seal has been broken (for example hygiene products, audio or video recordings, and software).
- Services already performed with your explicit consent.
