Right of withdrawal
For the delivery of products
When purchasing products, as a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.
During this period:
- Handle the product and packaging with care.
- Only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to decide whether you want to keep it.
Would you like to use your right of withdrawal?
- Report your return within 30 days of receiving the product via your personal account.
- Then send the product back within 14 days, including all supplied accessories, and if possible in the original packaging.
Proof of shipment: make sure you keep a shipping receipt as proof that you returned the product on time.
For the delivery of services
For services, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of entering into the contract, unless agreed otherwise.

Returns are free.
Refund
You will get your money back as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of withdrawal.
Have you paid an amount? Then you will receive it back as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days of withdrawal. We refund via the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different method.
Please note: if a product is damaged due to careless use, we may charge for the reduction in value.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that are custom-made or adapted to your specifications.
- Products that can spoil or expire quickly.
- Products with a broken seal (for example hygiene products, audio or video recordings, and software).
- Services that have already been performed with your express consent.
