1. Clean & dry your nose
Make sure the bridge of your nose is completely clean and oil-free (no cream or make-up). This helps the nasal strip adhere best.
2. Position the strip correctly
Remove the backing and apply the strip horizontally across the nostrils, with the centre on the bridge of your nose.
3. Press on & activate
Press firmly and rub for 10 seconds from the centre outwards. This activates the adhesive layer and gently opens your nose.
4. Remove gently
First wet the strip with lukewarm water, let it soak in briefly, then slowly peel it off from the sides.
