Make sure the bridge of your nose is completely clean and free of grease (no cream, oil, or makeup), otherwise the strip will not stick as well. - Remove the protective film.
Touch the sticky side as little as possible for maximum adhesion. - Place the nose strip horizontally over your nostrils.
Position the middle of the strip on the bridge of your nose, just above the nostrils. - Press firmly and rub for 10 seconds.
Rub with your fingers from the middle outward so the strip activates well and fits perfectly. - Wear during sleep or exercise.
You will feel your nose open more freely within a few minutes. - To remove: first wet the strip with lukewarm water.
Let the water soak in for a moment, then gently peel the strip off from the sides. (This prevents irritation and is gentler on the skin.)
Tip: For best results, always use on dry, clean skin.
After placing your order, we will start working on it immediately. Orders within the Netherlands placed before 11:00 PM will be shipped the same day. For orders from abroad, this is 10:00 PM.
