Shower steamers are a kind of fizzing tablet, but made especially for the shower. They are designed to dissolve gradually under the influence of water and steam. As soon as the steamer comes into contact with water, it fizzes and releases powerful essential oils. The steam from your shower carries these aromas, turning your shower into a wonderful spa aromatherapy cabin.

Place one Comformidable tablet (30g) on the shower floor, but not directly under the full stream of water. A corner where the water just reaches it is perfect. Let the warm water and steam do their work. The steamer will slowly fizz and release its lovely aromas. For the best effect, we recommend keeping the bathroom door and any windows closed so the steam and scent linger.

Although the ingredients are safe, we advise against it. Shower steamers contain a much higher concentration of essential oils than bath bombs. This is needed to make the scent strong enough to spread through steam. In a full bath, this high concentration of oils could cause skin irritation. They are truly designed for the ultimate shower experience!

That depends on a few factors, such as the length of your shower and how much water hits the tablet directly. On average, one of our 30-gram tablets lasts 1 to 2 full showers. If you shower for less time or place the steamer somewhere drier, you can often enjoy it a second time. Tip: if a piece is left after your shower, set it aside in a dry spot for next time.

Our steamers are made with natural essential oils, but some oils (such as eucalyptus and mint) can be very strong. We recommend always consulting a doctor or midwife before use around young children or during pregnancy, as certain essential oils are not recommended. Use at your own risk. Always ensure good ventilation after showering.

No, our steamers are formulated to dissolve completely. The colourants we use are water-soluble and, with normal use, leave no permanent stains on your shower floor or tiles. We do recommend rinsing away any residue after showering.
