For the best result, combine this rinse salt with the Comformidable nasal wash. Dissolve one sachet of rinse salt in lukewarm water, fill the nasal wash, and gently rinse your nasal passages. This ensures an effective and comfortable nose cleansing.
1. Fill the bottle or neti pot
- Fill the nasal wash with 300 ml lukewarm water.
- Add 2.7 g Comformidable rinsing salt (100% NaCl) directly into the bottle.
- Close the bottle and shake briefly until the salt is completely dissolved.
2. Take the correct posture
- Stand in front of the washbasin.
- Bend slightly forward and tilt your head a little.
- Breathe calmly through your mouth.
3. Rinsing
- Place the spout gently against the upper nostril so it fits well.
- There is a button at the bottom of the bottle. Press it to let the water flow automatically.
- Let the solution flow calmly through the nostril; it will flow out naturally from the other nostril.
- Breathe calmly through your mouth during rinsing.
4. Switch sides
- Remove the bottle and blow your nose gently.
- Tilt your head to the other side and repeat the rinsing for the second nostril.
5. After use
- Blow your nose gently once more.
- Rinse the bottle and the spout with clean water and let everything dry well.
How often to use?
- Advice is 2× per day (e.g., morning and evening).
- In case of cold, hay fever, or allergies, you can do this daily as long as you have symptoms.
