1. Fill the bottle or neti pot

1. Fill the nasal wash with 300 ml lukewarm water.
2. Add 2.7 g Comformidable rinsing salt (100% NaCl) directly into the bottle.
3. Close the bottle and shake briefly until the salt is completely dissolved.
   

2. Take the correct posture

1. Stand in front of the washbasin.
2. Bend slightly forward and tilt your head a little.
3. Breathe calmly through your mouth.
   

3. Rinsing

1. Place the spout gently against the upper nostril so it fits well.
2. There is a button at the bottom of the bottle. Press it to let the water flow automatically.
3. Let the solution flow calmly through the nostril; it will flow out naturally from the other nostril.
4. Breathe calmly through your mouth during rinsing.
   

4. Switch sides

1. Remove the bottle and blow your nose gently.
2. Tilt your head to the other side and repeat the rinsing for the second nostril.
   

5. After use

• Blow your nose gently once more.
• Rinse the bottle and the spout with clean water and let everything dry well.
  

How often to use?

• Advice is 2× per day (e.g., morning and evening).
• In case of cold, hay fever, or allergies, you can do this daily as long as you have symptoms.

4. Delivered to you Your package is delivered to the specified address. Not home? The carrier usually tries again or leaves it with neighbors or a pickup point.

Our standard shipping cost is €4.95. Ordering €25 or more? Then your package will be delivered free to your home.

Germany and France

For shipping to Germany or France, shipping costs are €4.95. For orders of €30 or more, shipping is free.

Denmark and the rest of Europe

For shipping to Denmark and the rest of Europe, it is €5.95. For orders of €30 or more, shipping is free.

Not home at delivery?

Don't worry. The carrier will:

1. Making a second delivery attempt at another time
2. Leaving the package with your neighbors (if they are home)
3. Delivering it to a nearby pickup point

You will automatically receive a notification about this via email or the carrier's app.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take exactly?

For the Netherlands and Belgium, it is the next working day, provided you ordered before 23:00. In practice, 95% of our packages arrive exactly within that promise.

For other European countries, expect 1 to 4 working days after shipping. During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays) it may take a little longer.

Can I track my package?

Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive a Track & Trace code in your email. With it, you can see where your package is 24/7.
