In 4 simple steps
1. Clean & dry your nose
Clean the skin around your nose thoroughly so it is oil-free (no cream or make-up). Then dry completely. This way the refill patches adhere optimally.
2. Pick up a refill patch with the applicator
Use the applicator to pick up one adhesive patch without touching the adhesive layer. This keeps the grip at its best.
3. Apply the patches to your nose
Place one patch on the left and one on the right, just above the nostrils. Press firmly for 5–10 seconds so they sit securely.
4. Click your nose band into place
Now place the magnetic nose band/clip onto the patches (from your Starter Kit). You will feel a soft click when it is secure. Ready for freer breathing.
