Not home at delivery?
Don't worry. The carrier will:
- Making a second delivery attempt at another time
- Leaving the package with your neighbors (if they are home)
- Delivering it to a nearby pickup point

How long does delivery take exactly?
For the Netherlands and Belgium, it is the next working day, provided you ordered before 23:00. In practice, 95% of our packages arrive exactly within that promise.
For other European countries, expect 1 to 4 working days after shipping. During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays) it may take a little longer.

Zorg dat je lippen en huid rondom je mond schoon, droog en vetvrij zijn (geen crème of lippenbalsem). Zo hecht de tape het best.
2. Plaats de tape goed
Sluit je lippen ontspannen en plak de tape gecentreerd horizontaal over je mond.
