- Clean and dry your nose
Thoroughly cleanse the skin around your nose and remove all grease (no cream or makeup). Then dry completely. - Take a patch with the applicator
Remove a patch from the sheet and use the applicator to pick it up. This way, you avoid touching the sticky side with your fingers. - Stick the patches on your nose
Place one patch on the left and one patch on the right, just above the nostrils. Press both patches firmly for 5–10 seconds. - Click the magnetic noseband in place
Place the noseband/clip on the patches. The magnets will attract automatically and gently hold the nostrils open. - Removal
Loosen the patches first with lukewarm water (let soak briefly) and then remove them carefully.
The noseband itself is reusable; keep it dry for next time.
Tip: if you are unsure about the size, start with M1 and then adjust for the best comfort.

Delivery is carried out by the parcel carrier DHL or PostNL. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace link after we have handed the package over to the carrier. Yes. The refill patches only work together with the magnetic noseband/clip. Without the Starter Kit, you cannot use the patches.
You receive several sizes in the Starter Kit. Begin with the size that feels most comfortable and noticeably opens your nostrils without pressure. The right size fits firmly but does not hurt.
You use the magnetic nose strip by first sticking the two patches on either side of the nostrils onto clean, dry skin. Then you simply click the magnetic noseband onto the patches, where it stays in place thanks to the magnets. The strip causes a slight spreading of the nostrils, which makes breathing easier.
The Comformidable® magnetic nasal strips can be partially reused. The noseband with magnet is durable and can be used repeatedly. However, it is important to replace the patches after each use. Each time, you need two patches – one for each nostril. This way, the noseband stays firmly in place and you maintain the optimal effect against snoring.
For refilling the patches, you can use our handy refill pack, so you always have enough patches in stock.

Maak de huid rond je neus goed schoon en vetvrij (geen crème of make-up). Droog daarna volledig af. Zo hechten de magneet-patches optimaal.
2. Pak de patch op met de applicator
Gebruik de applicator om één kleefpatch op te pakken zonder de kleeflaag aan te raken. Zo blijft de grip maximaal.
3. Plaats de patch op je neus
Plak de patch net boven de neusvleugels (links en rechts). Druk 5–10 seconden stevig aan zodat hij goed vastzit.
